More About Andrea Sepulveda
She attended the University of the Incarnate Word, finishing with a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Management and Design. For her senior collection, outerwear inspired by the glassworks of Dale Chihuly, she was awarded Best in show, 1st place in Design, and 2nd in Contruction.
While attending the Cutting Edge fashion show of UIW, a local designer and entrepreneur saw that Andrea’s aesthetic was similar to her own. Andrea Sepulveda is now the assistant designer to Nilgun Derman of Niche, a women’s clothing line produced here in the USA. The ever-expanding line features modern soft separates with rich textures, textiles, and distinctive architectural shapes. Niche can be found at Dillard’s department stores, Julian Gold and other boutiques across the nation.
Designing and creating jewelry started as a hobby to satisfy her need to wear unique pieces, which with her particular taste, could not be found in stores or bought. Andrea has always had a strong fascination with gemstones, espesically quartz and druzies, always collecting them, which reflects in her work. She now designs and creates her own jewelry collection, LoveArtStyle, with many pieces being one of a kind. Some are delicate and dainty, some bold and striking, but almost all features natural unique gemstones that are hand picked by the designer. Favorited by most are the ever changing array of chunky gemstone statement rings, some of which are two finger ‘knuckle dusters’.
