Celebrity hairstylist Brian Banks (featured in the photo below) created Tamar Braxton’s “new mom” sexy mermaid curls for the latest cover of US Weekly. To begin, Brian used IT&LY Hairfashion’s Pure Hair Eco Hair Spray and a medium barrel curling iron to wrap medium sized sections around the inside of the iron. He began at the nape area and worked to the top of the head taking uneven partings to create soft natural curls.
