Paula Patton turned heads this year at the Grammy’s in Nicolas Jebran Haute Couture. She wore a full length beaded unlined dress with a zebra pattern design on the skirt and two lion figures on the decolletage. Paula joined her husband; Thicke, who is up for three Grammy awards for his summer hit “Blurred Lines” including Record of the Year.
