Rihanna is the newest celebrity to be honored by the Council of Fashion Designers of America with a Fashion Icon Awards. The Barbados-born singer is only the 8th recipient of the prestigious title that solidifies the recipient’s status as a style icon. The latest celebrity to be included in the very exclusive club of CFDA Fashion Icon Award winners, Rihanna will receive the prestigious award at the CFDA Fashion Awards on June 2. A true chameleon, both in regards to her fashion choices and her hairstyles, Rihanna is also the face of Balmain for the brand spring/summer 2014 campaign.
