This season at New York Fashion Week, Cucculelli Shaheen delivered an otherworldly experience with their Spring/Summer 2025 womenswear collection titled “Hypnos”. Drawing deeply from the mythological roots of Hypnos—the Greek god of sleep—designers Anthony Cucculelli and Anna Shaheen unveiled a transcendent vision of nighttime fantasy shifting into luminous dawn.
The runway transformed into a surreal dreamscape. Dim lighting and smoky haze set the stage for a mesmerizing 42-look presentation that flowed from deep, twilight hues into ethereal shades of white and ivory. Each ensemble reflected the designers’ signature blend of ornate craftsmanship and thematic storytelling.
Key Themes and Highlights:

Renowned for their detailed handiwork, Cucculelli Shaheen elevated classic silhouettes with intricate beading, embroidery, and celestial motifs. Dresses shimmered with crystal constellations, while jackets were adorned with cosmic grids. -

What sets Cucculelli Shaheen apart this season is not just their visual precision but their emotional storytelling. “Hypnos” isn’t merely a fashion collection—it’s a meditative exploration of the subconscious, channeled through luxe eveningwear and fantasy-infused ready-to-wear pieces.
With this collection, the design duo reasserts their position as New York’s most poetic storytellers in fashion, where beauty, mythology, and artistry intersect.
