Discovering her love for Fashion early on, Zara Umrigar would observe her mother, a renowned Indian wear designer, Sabita Dhanrajgir Umrigar at work and was always enamored by the intricacies that went into making each piece. She began sketching at a young age and has retained every one of those designs since. Zara’s Royal lineage inspires her to creature couture pieces that will be remain relevant across decades. After pursuing her higher studies in Economics, Zara completed her time in London with a detailed course in Fashion Design at The London College of Fashion. Upon her move home to India, she worked under her mother for two years before launching her own couture label – Zara Umrigar.
